WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We’re sorry to hear you didn’t love your GRL TLK Beauty product but your happiness is our top priority. If you want to return a GRL TLK Beauty product, we will gladly accept unopened/unused product within 30 days after your order is placed.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Email us at email@example.com and we'll help you with the return process.
HOW DO I PLACE AN EXCHANGE?
We only place exchanges if your product arrives damaged. If the wrong product was shipped to you or you received your product damaged, shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send you the correct order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?
